Hi! LTO officer, Good day! Thank you for your response. I truly realize that FOI is functional in your office. Please dis regard my previous request because i already recovered a photocopy of my lost drivers license with license number on it. Your request You asked for a professional Drivers License Number Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. The Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card or are still having trouble entering their serial number. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: " Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?" Yes No Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information and continue with your renewal.
