I refer to my letter of Nov 02, 2020 02:12:00 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Procurement Monitoring report.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
Please specify the year and what semester of the PMR from the PNR that you are requesting.
Please be informed also that we cannot certify the PMR you are requesting (if it was really submitted to us) as we don't certify documents that did not emanate / originate from our Office. Certification of the PMR you are requesting should be requested from the origin of said document, which is the PNR.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 26, 2021 10:19:16 AM, your request will be closed.

Response to Request:
We regret to inform you that we were not able to receive any PMR submission from PNR for CY 2019 (1st and 2nd Semesters). We recommend to contact PNR and request from them the copies of said PMRs and have them certified as true copy.
