Good Day! We've recently aired an investigative report on DOH's School-based Barangay Health Station Project. We would like to request for certified true copies of the documents and correspondences related to the procurement (from planning to awarding of contract), implementation (memorandums prepared by different officials and agencies) and validation conducted by the agency of the contractor's accomplishments. In addition, may we also request for certified true copies of the documents sent by JBROS Construction Corporation to the DOH asking for their first progress billing.
