Hello, I'm Charm from Cebu. I would like to ask what is the process to be an accredited casino agent to bring clients and earn commission in casinos? I was told by one of the casinos here to ask PAGCOR for such but I couldn't find any information online. Thank you for your time.

January 30, 2023 Dear Charmian Mercado, Greetings! In response to your request dated Dec 10, 2022 03:02:52 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request: You ask for the process of accreditation of casino agent (to earn commission in casino). Response to Request: For Table Game operations, an individual may apply as Player-Partner to bring foreign clients in Casino Filipino sites that are fully operated by PAGCOR, under the Foreign Player Program (FPP) to earn Player-Partner Reward Points. To apply as a Player-partner, the following must be submitted to the applicable Casino Filipino Branch/site: ▪ Photocopy of Valid passport / Government-issued ID (as applicable) ▪ Photocopy of PAGCOR Privilege Card (PPC) ▪ Accomplished Player-partner Information Form Once approved, the Casino Filipino branch/site will then forward the application documents to PAGCOR’s Marketing Department for reference and updating of Accredited Player-Partner List. Moreover, please be informed that PAGCOR does not have accreditation guidelines for casino agent for licensed casinos. However, the Gaming Licensing and Development Department (GLDD) is in the process of formulating guidelines for processing license application for casino junket in licensed casinos. Thank you.
