Good morning Ma'am/ Sir, I would just like to ask if there is budget allocation for conversion of Master Teacher Position for Fiscal Year 2021 in DepEd Caraga. Upon inquiring in DepEd Caraga on the status of application for MT conversion, they said that MT is excess already. DBM is putting on hold the application because of the excess. Is there a possibility that the conversion to MT will be approved but no budget yet? Kung meron pong budget, kailan po kaya ang pag-continue sa processing? Thank you po.
