I am adopted member of (to be specify on email) tribes on their IPs association, during our IPs visitation and ministerial mission in 2022 on various rural and ancestral domains in the province of (to be specify on email). In line with this, I humbly ask the good office of the NCIP about the process of confirmation and certification of adoption to the office of the NCIP. I can send through email the documentation of adoption ceremony and tribe ID to prove and support this letter. I appreciate your kind consideration and favorable response on this matter.
