Hi. We are a GOCC and our procurement of ICT equipment is sourced from internally generated funds. We have prepared Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders for our procurement of ICT Equipment, chargeable against 2023 corporate operating budget. The problem is, the supplier cannot deliver by the end of the Year, hence we cannot obligate/ accrue the cost to reflect as an expense for 2023. What can we do? A. Still charge it in 2023 budget and let it be delivered in 2024 or B. charge it on our 2024 Budget and prepare new PR/PO for the purpose? Thank you.
