Dear Sir/Madam: I am currently working on a specific research that involves identifying the health condition of the Bjmp prisoners. Relative to this, I am writing respectfully to ask for any copy of procedure manual or any forms of documents which act as guide in provideing medical aid or assistance for the BJMP prisoners.
