Thank you for your request dated Sep 14, 2022 05:45:06 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for a Probationary Dismissed Case (VAWC). Kindly verify your case with the court and seek guidance from your legal representative regarding its process and documentary requirements. Please note that we only check and or verify derogatory records of a passenger during the actual departure immigration inspection. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested as the matter is not within the jurisdiction of this office. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to BI Commissioner Atty. Norman G.
