Hi,
I would like to ask if a company is putting us a camera inside the house, is that illegal and invading our privacy? It can track the movements of me and my family in our house.

Your Request
You inquired whether it is illegal for a company to place a CCTV inside your house which can track your family’s movement.
Response to Request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Request for clarification on data privacy or data protection should be responded through email-reply or an issuance of Advisory Opinion.
