May we respectfully inform you of the previous reply from DPWH Bureau of Construction Director Eric A. Ayapana: “…for electronic file of templates for DUPA, POW, ABC for DPWH School Buildings may not be also provided. The said document is an Excel program intended to aid and facilitate certain process of our document preparation and solely for the use of DPWH Implementing Offices.” Thank you.
