December 5, 2022 Dear RELCHEN TORREJAS, I refer to my letter of Dec 02, 2022 03:22:03 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for PRICE LIST OF CONTRUCTION MATERIALS REGION 7 AND ACEL RATES. Please be informed that the issuance/distribution of the ACEL Guidebook (Rental Rates of Equipment) is under the authority of Association of Carriers and Equipment Lessors, (ACEL) Inc. In this regard, please coordinate with the said Office at (632) 8631 3136 to purchase the aforementioned reference. For Construction Materials Price Data, kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer,([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the data being requested, the reason for the request and your contact details. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 24, 2023 11:37:04 PM, your request will be closed.
