May we ask for extension of time and clarification regarding your request on records of your contributions as well as consolidation of records. Likewise, may we inform you that submission of MPL forms are only accepted during working days. As per our Cebu offices, they are not open on weekends.

This refers to your request for a copy of your Pag-IBIG Fund Personal Contributions from 05 September 2014 to 15 May 2019 for the purpose of merging all of your records.
In reply to your request, we will be sending to your private email the system generated print-out of your contributions from January to July 2019 with your Total Accumulated Value from your initial remittance on 12 May 2004 up to the latest remittance on 04 July 2019. Furthermore, all your records have already been merged.
