Hi, I would like to request for information on how to preserve home made jams and bread spreads. Our objective is to start a small business. We already have our recipe, we would like to prolong the shelf life of our product just like the ones in the supermarket. What chemicals to use and proportions? We need the proper guidelines on which are safely approved procedures so we can comply to standards. Thank You.
