Good day!
I am Richmond Keith Simeon of PUP. I am writing my master's thesis entitled, "A Microsimulation of the Impact of Free Tuition Law to Poverty and Income Inequality Among Philippine Households."
With this, I am asking for your assistance to please furnish a copy of the PRECISE BUDGET APPROPRIATION PER REGION FOR THE SAID LAW for FY 2018-2022.
I already explored the publication in the DBM website but I am confused on what line-item budget would I get the exact amount for FTL.
Im hoping for your favorable action.

4. Dear Mr. Simeon,
With regard to your request for the breakdown per region of the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education (UAQTE) or the Republic Act No. 10931 in Fiscal Years (FYs) 2018 – 2022, may we inform you that the DBM releases the funds for the said project directly to the CHED-Central Office. Thus, it is the CHED that determines the regional allocation.
Nevertheless, the following were the amounts allocated for UAQTE in FYs 2018-2022:
FY 2018 – ₱40,000,919,000.00
FY 2019 – ₱41,103,462,000.00
FY 2020 – ₱28,414,366,000.00
FY 2021 – ₱44,287,919,000.00
FY 2022 – ₱26,054,201,000.00
