Hi, We're 4th year students taking Bachelor of Science in Civil engineering. Our research is about techniques in preventing floods. In order for us to proceed to such, we are looking for precipitation data of our site location. With this, we believe the PAGASA has the capacity to do such. any precipitation data that can help us 100-year return period or anything that has Nth interval in Nth hour of rainfall. any precipitation data on Brgy Labangon B. ZUBIRI STREET, Cebu city will help us.
