Hi, Good day! I would like to request an additional document from your respective office the following information prior to the implementation of the "No Vax, No Ride" policy last year. Below this message are the following information I am asking for: (1) the dates of all meetings held for the discussion and adoption of the No Vax No Ride policy; (2) all attendees of such meetings; all minutes of meetings; all e-mail correspondence by or among the attendees of these meetings about the subject matter prior to its adoption of the policy.
