Hello! With regards to my previous request being only partially approved, I would like to politely request for either or both of the following documents: 1. Pre-Feasibility Study of Bacolod-Silay Airport 2. Master Development Plan of Bacolod-Silay Airport Since releasing airport development plans is confidential, I would like to instead ask for the PRE-FEASIBILITY STUDY instead of the current feasibility study. The same goes for the Master Development Plan. I sincerely hope this doesn't consider as confidential information. Thank you very much!
