Good day! In relation to your request for additional details, I am from the University of the Philippines Diliman School of Urban and Regional Planning. I will use the requested document to fulfill the requirement of my last coursework in my MA Urban and Regional Planning program, in Plan 241 (Public Works Project Development). The requirement to complete the course is for me to evaluate the pre-/feasibility study of a major infrastructure project in the Philippines. I initially requested for the pre-/feasibility study of the New Manila (Bulacan) International Airport but I was not able to receive a copy of the document from the project proponent. Hence, this request. Rest assured that I will only use the said document for the purpose stated above. The fulfillment of this course requirement will enable me to proceed in the thesis stage of my MA program. Your kind assistance to this matter is highly appreciated. Thank you.
