Pre-Feasibility Study / Feasibility Study of New Manila (Bulacan) International Airport.

Hi,
The document will be evaluated as part of our requirements for our graduate class (P241 - Infrastructure Project Planning and Development) at the School of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of the Philippines Diliman. We are required to present in class the salient features of the pre-FS or feasibility study of an infrastructure project, as well as provide a critique of the document.
Hence, I am requesting for a copy of the pre-FS or feasibility study of the New Manila (Bulacan) International Airport, whichever is available.
Rest assured that the requested document will be used solely for academic purposes and no further.

I would like to follow up again on my request for a copy of the Pre-/Feasibility Study for the Bulacan International Airport. I understand that central offices of the National Government are yet to resume normal operations soon. Our semester has been extended until 16 June 2020, by then which I must be able to submit my course requirement. Hence, it would be very much appreciated if I obtain a copy of the document as soon as possible to give me ample time to complete my report.
