November 8, 2022 Dear RODYRECK ANUNG, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 26, 2022 02:05:35 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for PRC ONLINE CHANGE OF EMAIL ADDRESS. Response to Request If your registered PRC online email address is no longer active/incorrect, you may opt to request for the change of your registered email address. Kindly email us a signed letter requesting for the change of your registered PRC LERIS email address from your previous registered email address (indicate old registered email address) to your current active email address, so you would be able to use the PRC Online Forgot Password Facility and will be able to proceed with the email validation afterwards. Send us also a clear photo of your 2 VALID IDs for further verification. NOTE: Do not send here the needed information and requirements.
