Dear PRC as per Miss Sara Ducat Last September when I spoke with her she said there are accredited liaison officers at PRC Morayta. Please ask her aabout this, as this is confusing when she denied my transactions she told me that PRC Morayta have around 20 to 30 accredited liasion officers already doing bulk transactions.
