Hi, I have tried requesting for PRC Certificate of Good standing and Board Rating online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. I already emailed technical assistance but no response. I was able to renew my ID earlier this year and there's no problem but now it says record mismatch. Was it because of my first name "MA." cos on my ID it was printed as "MA" without period. Are there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information? Thank you so much.
