Professional Regulation Commission(PRC)

Hi good day,

When I created my PRC /Leris accounts that are made earlier this year 2022 I found out that I accidentally input the wrong information of my birth year (instead of November 7 1963, I input November 7 1964 ), would it be possible to edit my account to change my birth year before I proceed to PRC Id renewal. 

PS. The information on the PRC ID that I am currently using is correct, The information that needs to be corrected is just from my online PRC Account Information.
