Good Day po, Hi po, my proposed project po will be of similar to the PPP Relationship done to New Manila International Airport po where private company is in charge to the development po. Relating to my proposed project po rather airport it will be done on passenger port terminal instead po, which is why po i want to know the steps or process done po on New Manila International Airport po.
