hello CDA I would like to request the following data: 1. what province in region 3 has the most and least number of cooperatives? 2.Province classification in region 3 with the highest to lowest poverty incidence? 3. if possible do you have any existing data if cooperatives were able to lessen the poverty incidence in a certain province? thank you and more powers, FOI is really convenient for us aspiring
