1. Potential Site Location in Region IV- CALABARZON for Promoting Philippine Culture and Values through establishing a History and Cultural Center.
2. Justified local market share for local tourism that aligns from local tourism guidelines, TIEZA and DOT.

TIEZA's mandates revolve mainly around tourism infrastructure projects, collection of travel tax, managing TIEZA assets and supervising and regulating Tourism Enterprise Zones.
