Good day! I am a 5th year architecture student from the University of the East-Caloocan, I’m currently having a research for my architectural proposal ASEAN CONSULATE: An Efficient and Unified Southeast Asian Ministry. Relative to this I would like to ask your good office the following questions and data: 1. Is it possible for the ASEAN countries to be unified in a government complex? (Every countries will have their specific offices) 2. Is there laws for ASEAN in this kind of project? What is the laws?

August 23, 2018 Dear Ms. Jewel Yuzon, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 21, 2018 06:32:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request Possibility for ASEAN to be Unified in a Government Complex Facility Response to Your Request Upon evaluation, we have found that your request does not qualify under FOI and is therefore denied. Please be advised that the information that may be requested is defined by Section 2 of the FOI Manual as: “FOI REQUEST. A written request submitted to a government office personally or by email asking for records on any topic. An FOI request can generally be made by any Filipino to any government office. INFORMATION.
