HI.,I would like to file an executive complaint due to prolonged unresolved issue to my request of transfer of location
2. Complaint on Poor customer service, Complaint on agent OREO, Poor service provided of all Supervisors I spoke and unfulfilled call out from a manager.
I requested for a transfer of my internet from Brgy. Barangka Itaas Mandaluyong City to Brgy. Mauwa Mandaluyong City. With my early notice last May. I submitted all my requirements on June 8 but no resolution from them. I am asking for a help since Internet is very important for me as I am working from home. But no actions

Hi Ms.Divina,
Thank you for your response in this matter.
Hope you can help me resolving this issue as we all know that most of us is working from home.
I keep on following up my concern as I need the internet badly since I. Working from home but no response from their end.We tried numerous times to call the hotline,spoke with customer service but all knew is to ask for apology and says there's nothing that they can do.its been a month now but no clear acrions feom their end.
