Hi, I would like to ask further assistance re my existing issue on my current internet provider. I've been having this issue since 01/17/2021 up until now. I called customer service almost everyday and I got the same promise that they will be restored my internet within 24to48 hours but it never happened. They've given me false information. Today I have talked to one of the Operations Manager and he promised that he will call me back at 5pm today but again he failed to call me back. The frustrating part of it was, they told me that they will do everything today but no promise were successful.
