I would like to obtain correspondence and statements from Polaris Tools Limited that were sent to DOLE in response to the investigation. Given that Polaris Tools Limited signed a contract with the Philippines Government, it is understood that DOLE would have to give them proper due process before cancelling the contract. Usually, due process is a chance for all related parties to submit their side of the story for review and consideration. We would like to obtain the documents, emails, and letters that were presumably hand delivered and emailed to DOLE by Polaris Tools Limited.
