In #DOLE-870338613033, DOLE stated that prompt notification was given to Polaris Tools Limited in relation to the cancellation of the service agreement and the apparent offer to return the equipment.

I would like to obtain:

1.) The date and correspondence when Polaris Tools Limited was notified of the cancelled agreement;
2.) The date and correspondence when Polaris Tools Limited was told they could pick up the equipment.

According to POLO sources, the equipment was unboxed and used and notification was not given immediately as previously stated by DOLE.
