Hi, I would like to request documents, guidelines, or information on why or how POLO HK engaged with GOLDEN FULL ( HONG KONG ) LIMITED which is NOT listed as having a Hong Kong Employment Agency License, according to (https://www.eaa.labour.gov.hk/en/search.html).

In more detail, we would like to obtain information on whether it is the official duty of the POLO HK diplomats to engage with agencies or individuals violating Hong Kong Law.

Please be informed that Lucky Full's License to Operate is valid until 09 October 2020 and its Business Registration valid until 27 June 2020. Moreover, Golden Full was accredited with POLO HK since 2016, while its accreditation is valid until 8 July 2022.

Should you be willing to present substantial and concrete evidence, the Department is willing to conduct an investigation on the matter.
