I would like to obtain policies, memos, or other records and information relating to POLO HK's current process to: 1.) Watchlist an employer; and 2.) Check if the employer on a pending contract is on the watchlist; This is of particular interest, because OIC Villafuerte said the electronic watchlist system was not operational. (see http://www.sunwebhk.com/2019/10/its-back-to-manual-contract-processing.html). We I would like to know if the 6,000+ watchlisted employers can now hire Filipinos because POLO HK can no longer use an electronic watchlist system.
