Department of Labor and Employment(DOLE)

In a previous FOI request (#DOLE-286540391623) DOLE claims that POLO offices follow various data privacy laws and standards. However, according to the image linked below, the https://polohk.org/paos/registration? page leaked personal information of employers, domestic workers, and even agencies.

I would like to know if this page is run by Employeasy Group Limited or if it is programmed by POLO-HK/DOLE. Because this is at least the second time the POLOHK.org website was leaking personal data.
