Hi, I would like to obtain records regarding an meeting that occured at POLO HK on 8 September 2019. The meeting involved a number of victims of an employment agency that had previously submitted complaints at POLO HK and the Hong Kong Labour Tribunal. I would like to know the individuals present at the meeting, any meeting minutes, and any official statements from the meeting.

This is a matter of great public importance. Especially because, since the meeting occured, the victims of the agency have reportedly change their story and recollection of events to prevent investigations.
