I would like to obtain information on what POLO-HK did with the computers, router, and networking equipment that was installed in relation to a deal to provide upgraded software services within POLO-HK.

It is understood that 10+ computers and thousands of dollars of networking equipment was provided to POLO under terms of an upgraded service agreement.

However, Secretary Bello cancelled this agreement, so what has POLO done with the equipment and have the costs been reimbursed to the party who purchased and installed the equipment?

Dear Ms. Gracidas:

This refers to your query entitled: "POLO-HK Computers, Routers, and Other".

Please be informed that from the time Secretary Bello III cancelled the contract with Polaris Tools, POLO-HK immediately notified Polaris to retrieve equipment anytime, such as the ten (10) sets of computers brought to POLO sometime in June 2018 which remained unopened as of date, as well as all the routers they installed.
