Good day po, maginquire lang po ako regarding issuance of GL in your agency. Salamat.

Dear Mary Antonette,
Thank you for your request dated February 10, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
The PCSO provides augmentation to the resources of medical patients who are financially incapable of acquiring/availing bone implants among others.
Upon verification by the Charity Assistance Department, data showed that PCSO recommended and approved Thirty Thousand Pesos (P30,000.00) in favor of the patient through a Guarantee Letter. The said amount is in accordance with the existing parameters under the Medical Access thru Malasakit Center (MAM) Program Implementing Guidelines as approved by the PCSO Board of Directors.
As of today, please be advised that PCSO has not deployed or assigned personnel at the Amang Rodriguez Medical Center, thus, whomever you talked with at the said hospital is not an employee from PCSO. As such, please direct your query to the concerned hospital.
Should you need further inquiries or clarification, you may contact the Charity Assistance Department at telephone number 83663329.
