Hi, 

I would like to request for any documents regarding the policy of the government for tampering / disabling of Emission Control System like SCR (AdBlue). We were required to buy a Euro 4 and up compliant trucks in relation to Clean Air Act 1998 but some of the business owners are disabling, remapping or using emulator to by pass the Emission Control System to avoid additional expense for AdBlue. AdBlue is the comsumable for SCR that lower the emission of Nitrogen Oxide.
