Hi I would like to request for the agency's Policy on Applicable Fees for FOI Request (Schedule of Fees) this will be used as a reference for the crafting of the USeP Schedule of Fees for FOI Requests (Reasonable Cost of Reproduction, Copying, and/or Delivery of the Information).

Your Request You asked for Policy on Applicable Fees for FOI Request (Schedule of Fees). Response to Request You may refer to this link for the fee/s: https://www.neda.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/OC-No.-06-2016-NEDA-Citizens-Manual.pdf Moreover, may we also inform you that we have not charged anything from requestors for printed documents, and currently most requests are digital/online copies of documents/information. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected] or [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
