Requested from DOLE by R. Mendua at 05:51 PM on
Nov. 12, 2019.
Purpose: Public interest
Date of Coverage: 03/01/2019 - 11/12/2019

In #DOLE-923544245990, DOLE claimed that is was not a party to a contract signed by a number of private employment agencies and POLO HK. If DOLE is not a party to this contract and can not provide a copy, why does DOLE have the ability to revoke a contract between Polaris Tools Limited and POLO-HK. The Polaris Tools Limited & POLO-HK contract is also a contract between POLO-HK and a third party. I want to understand why DOLE is claiming these contracts are different when in reality they are the same. Both contracts do not require any payment and have been signed by POLO-HK and 3rd parties.
