Since the information you are requesting is either too voluminous for this platform, might not be provided in full without qualifying particular items, or might require further clarifications from the officers concerned, it was determined that your research queries are best addressed through a proper interview with the personnel concerned; in this light, it is our honor to endorse you to our officers in charge of our administrative and procurement work who may be in the best position to discuss with you regarding the applicability or availability of the information on your research.

Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
