Tracking no: #PNP-507883618710
In reference to FOI Requests #PNP-774954258662 & #PNP-774954258662 Anne Reguya, you approved #PNP-7749542586, but not supplied all information, stating information previous Police Officers employed Dipolog Police Station was lost when Station migrated new address. This information is available at Sicayab Provincial Headquarters and Camp Crame Manila. When I pointed this out #PNP-774954258662, you denied my FOI based on false assumptions, stating I am not Filipino (factually incorrect), so mute argument. You have not put your name as required You have given incorrect mail address for Appeal
In Addition to this, after I proved I was a Filipino Citizen, another excuse was made stating I am not of legal age and need parental consent. Again factually incorrect; If a minor is under 12 Parental Consent is required. So then you insisted I personally appear at Dipolog Police Station for my FOI, but refuse to provide legal grounds for personal appearance. Unless you wish to invent any other invalid reason, kindly follow the law
