Medyo confused po talaga ako kung sino po talaga ang merong jusrisdiction na mag sign and seal sa PLLUMBING DESIGN and PLUMBING PERMIT. Meron kasi ako nakikitang for na nakalagay si "SANITARY/PLUMBING PERMIT". Yung plano kasi na nakikita ko is "PLUMBING" pero ang nag-pipirma is Sanitary Engineer. Allowd po ba ang Sanitary Engineer na mag sign sa PErmit and PLans ng Pumbing? Naguguluhan po kasi talaga ako sa Form kung sino ang pipirma..
