Hi, I would like to request for the removal of Pre-Termination Fee of PLDT which is three times the Monthly bill My Pre-termination Request was due to their Non-Compliance of delivering their Services. Our internet was disconnected for more than a month that's why I just want to end my contract Early and Change to other internet Provider.
