This was a provided service before by LTO via SMS 2600 LTO Vehicle (Plate No.) under STRADCOM We would require the following Data of all Plate numbers with alerts/ apprehensions. Plate no: Make: Model: Year: Color: Last Registered Date: LTO Apprehension: LTO Alarms: This would be for our Thesis to identify car plate with alerts from a mobile application for use by police force.
