Hi, I am an undergraduate student and I'm working on my research about Philippine license plates. I would like to request a car plate numbers images dataset for research and training purposes. The purpose of this research is to train a system to read plate numbers correctly by using a camera. I would appreciate it if you can reply to me with this matter. Thank you.
