Response to your request This particular information is a customer service request and/or concern and is not included in the documents under the PHLPost FOI. Further to this, the same can be tracked on our website at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/ There might just have been an issue with the system upon your original inquiry. In any case, I tried locating said parcel and was informed that this is already enroute to the delivery office. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to PHLPost Central Appeals and Review Committee.
