Hi! I have read on the DFA website (https://www.dfa.gov.ph/phl-embassies-and-consulates-news/11711-philippines-highlights-military-role-in-disaster-response-at-global-humanitarian-week-in-geneva) that the Philippines' best practices in civil-military humanitarian coordination were presented. My friend, along with her team, is planning to study the working relations of military and civilian disaster responders and this document will provide helpful insights on how the military coordinates (among others) with civilian actors. Many thanks!
