I would like to request for a copy of the PHILIPPINE WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION MASTER PLAN - Long  version.

I already download the copy of the Abridged version from the website. 

The information is for use in my personal research related to the the plans in increasing the water and sanitation coverage here in the Philippines.
